Terms & Conditions of Subscription Orders

1. The Buyer can set up subscriptions (Abo-orders) in the online shop. Subscriptions are continuous and regular deliveries at fixed intervals to be determined by the Buyer. The creation of a subscription constitutes an offer on the part of the Buyer which is accepted by Würth via an email order confirmation on the day chosen for the execution of the subscription. By executing the subscription order, an order is generated, the goods are commissioned and shipped to the specified address by standard shipping. By execution of the subscription order, an order is generated, the goods are commissioned and shipped to the specified address by standard shipping. The respective individual purchase contract is concluded by order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

2.2. The Buyer can create, change, deactivate or delete subscriptions in the Würth online eshop at any time and free of charge. Changes include, but are not limited to, changes of the delivery interval or delivery address. It is not possible to delete, change or deactivate subscriptions on the day they are executed. A subscription can be created for several different items, but only one delivery interval and delivery address can be defined per subscription. Each subscription has to be deleted separately. Subscriptions can also be terminated by written notice. By deleting a user account in the Würth online e-shop, all subscriptions created by the user are completely deleted.

3. Würth reserves the right to exclude items from the subscription service with a notice period of two (2) weeks.

4. Either contractual party may terminate subscriptions for convenience by giving at least 30 days notice prior to the end of the month, effective as of the end of the month. The right to termination for cause remains unaffected.

5. Würth shall prepare an invoice for every delivery based on the terms agreed with the Buyer. Würth may change prices by giving at least three (3) weeks’ notice of any price adjustments before they take effect, provided no fixed prices have been individually agreed with Buyer. If no objection is received from the Buyer within two (2) weeks after the date of receipt of the notification for a price change, approval shall be deemed to have been provided by Buyer.
