WÜRTH JOINS FORCES WITH THE WÜRTH TRD HILUX MSB TRAS 135 TEAM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASIA CROSS COUNTRY RALLY 2022

SPONSORSHIP COOPERATION BETWEEN 3 COUNTRIES

The partnership between 3 affiliates under Würth Group - Würth (Thailand), Würth (Cambodia), and Würth (Japan) - together joins forces as part of the 27th Asia Cross Country Rally which will be held in Thailand and Cambodia between 21 - 26 November 2022.

WUERTH TRD HILUX MSB TRAS 135​

For this event, Würth sponsors the racing team entitled: WÜRTH TRD HILUX MSB TRAS 135, which is led by Mr. Masanao Nitta and his co-driver, Mr. Tsutomu Matsui.

• Mr. Masanao Nitta is an experienced racer and composites specialist who installs natural fiber composite body parts on the Hilux and tests sustainable materials.
• Mr. Tsutomu Matsui is a motorcycle journalist and certified off-road instructor at BMW Motorrad who has gone through rally competitions in many tracks.

This brutal rally battle will cover a total distance of 1,700 km along the route between the two countries, with the starting point in Buriram Province, Thailand and the finish point in Siem Reap, Cambodia. There are approximately 70 teams participating in the competition, 50% of which are pickup trucks and 50% are off-road motorcycles.
